The Blessing of the Trees with Bev Cook

What an interesting time we live in!! Change is happening at an unprecedented speed and nothing is as it seems. Fortunately, nature offers us the comfort of her stillness and wisdom. The ancient Great Trees that sustain life also nurture and strengthen us. This is an opportunity to offer gratitude in an Andean Despacho Ceremony to the Trees as they stand day and night, in good weather and bad, as our guardians.

When: Sunday, October 31st, 2021
Where: Hartwick Pines State Park, Grayling, MI—Park at the picnic area inside the park and follow the signs. Meet at the shelter nearby to open directions and choose your path.
Time: 10 am start, 12 noon Group Despacho Ceremony, Potluck lunch to follow Despacho.
Chili will be provided; we will gather around the fireplace in the shelter.
Cost: $20 per person/Recreation Passport required to enter the park
