Prayers into the Water Flyer

Shamans offer prayers of gratitude in tangible ways. Come with your beautiful intentions and breathe them into your flower offerings for the waters of our local Apu Lake Huron. We will open sacred space and set a group intention to bless the water with our prayers as we kayak on the majestic waters of our sacred Lake. Come feel how the water responds to your prayers and washes over you with grace and dissolves your cares.

We will meet at Cattail Kayaks in Pinconning where Cattail Bob will instruct newcomers to kayaking basics. (It is easy and much more stable than a canoe). Paddles and lifejackets are provided. Flower offerings are provided or bring your favorites from home. See the videos below to enhance your connection with the water as a conscious being.

Please bring sun protection; hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen as needed and hydration fluids to enjoy before and after your experience. Picnic potluck after kayaking; bring your favorite dish to share with others. A limited number of kayaks are available; 7 singles and 2 doubles. Reserve your spot ASAP. If you do not want to kayak but want to offer your prayers to the water, nature trails are available and you may offer your prayers to the water from the shore. For anything more than a light short rain we will cancel.
