Kim Decker, Natural Health Educator, will facilitate the “Food as Medicine” class.
The class is Thursday, July 9th at the Bay City location from 6:30 pm to approximately 8 pm.
This will be a hands-on class as we will be learning how to prepare some foods (& eat them, too).
Because of the expense, Kim is asking for a $5.oo donation for the grocery expeses
